Depression

Feeling sad is not the only symptom of depression. Oftentimes we feel listless, a lack in motivation, difficulty sleeping, irritability, or just don't feel like ourselves. Allow me to help you learn to manage these symptoms and feel like yourself once again. 

Trauma

Any real or perceived threatening event that continues to affect your daily living is considered trauma. With the use of regular sessions, I can help you explore how this event has affected you daily living and identify some techniques you can use to help you manage you symptoms. 

Anxiety

Do you often find yourself worried or "on edge?" Allow me to help you learn the triggers of your anxiety and how to manage everyday worries before they become overwhelming and unmanageable. 

EMDR

With the use of eye movements or other bilateral stimulation, I will help you explore maladaptive thinking that continues to re-traumatize or affect you daily living. We will explore stored memories and history that may distort perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors.
